ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER:
Orders require a minimum of 4 week’s notice.
Wedding Cake orders will require a longer period.
CHANGES TO ORDER:
Alterations to orders may be requested but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes.
COLLECTING AN ORDER:
If you have arranged to collect your order, the cake will be available on the day and time specified. Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customers responsibility to safely transport it to its destination.
DELIVERY OF AN ORDER:
Where delivery is requested, it is the customers responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of a cancellation the 50% non-refundable deposit taken at the time of order will be used to cover costs.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
We work hard at Sym’s Cakes to ensure your complete satisfaction with our cakes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service, you can contact us via email or our Online Form found under the CONTACT US page on our website.
We will endeavor to give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
